I’ve spent most of my working life in HR—asking questions, listening to people, and trying to understand what helps them grow, stay, or sometimes leave, and of late how to use AI HR.

But something has changed.
Over the past couple of years, a quiet revolution has begun to reshape the way we work. Tools are getting smarter. Processes are getting faster. AI is no longer just a buzzword—it’s part of our daily work. And with all this change comes a deeper question:
How do we stay human in the world of artificial?
This blog is my attempt to explore that question—slowly, humbly, and openly.
What This Space Is (And Isn’t)
I’m not an AI expert. I’m not trying to predict the future of work. And I certainly don’t have all the answers.
But I do have questions.
I have curiosity.
And I have a quiet desire to learn in public.
This space is where I’ll share what I’m reading, thinking, and experimenting with. Some posts will be about AI. Some about HR. Some about books that changed how I see work and life. All of it will be a work in progress—just like the rest of us.
What I’m Seeing Right Now
Here are a few things I’m noticing:
Many HR teams are overwhelmed by AI but unsure where to start. There’s a flood of tools but a scarcity of wisdom on how to use them well. People want more than productivity—they want meaning, clarity, and care. Amid all this speed, we need space to pause and reflect.
I think HR can lead in this moment—not just by adapting to AI, but by humanizing it.
Where This Might Go
Honestly, I don’t know.
But over time, I hope to build a thoughtful corner of the internet for people who care about people. For those who want to explore AI HR without losing the “human” in Human Resources. For anyone seeking clarity—not just velocity.
And if this resonates with even a few fellow travelers, I’ll consider that a good start.
Thanks for being here on this journey in AI HR.
